CAPITAL CREDIT ALLIANCE ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I initially made a deposit of $199.00 to rebuild my credit. This was to allow me to charge merchandise through their catalog. I was required to make a 33% down payment plus shipping and the balance would become my charge amount. I had no problem activating the account. When I cam across some problems, that is when I could not get anyone calling the customer service #(1-800-760-4045). Money is coming out of my account that I have no idea why. There was a 30 day trial for three types of benifits. If I did not wish to keep them I had to call them within 30 days. But guess what, no one's there. My credit card is charged. I then receive a charge statement showing my account shows a payment of $98.85 which I have no clue what it is and now have a balance of $204.00. I do not know how I have a balance because i have not even charged anything. Can someone help me please!!!!!!! James Hampton, Virginia
