Capital Financial Card ripoff this company called stating I was approved for a credit card with credit limit of $2000.00. I approved a $200.00 deduction from my checking account Largo Florida

I received call on my cell phone, advising I was eligible for a credit card from Capital Financial for $2000.00. I agreed to let them deduct $200.00 from my checking account. I received nothing more, and the monies were deducted. I was to receive a refund of $50.00 per month, and eventually get my initial $200.00 back.I called back, was told this was not a credit card, it was for online buying, and to write to Capital Financial, Inc 3665 East Bay Dr Suite 204 Largo, Fl 33771 with my complaint. I wrote a complaint, sent a copy of where it had been taken out of my account. I now have received a letter stating they do acknowledge drafting my account for the "non-refundable" deposit, listened to the recorded verification of my verbal contract and found no errors or misrepentations pertaining to my request to be refunded. Now saying this is Capital Financial Catalog Merchant Finance Account. Also sent me to $50.00 coupons to be used with them! Customer Service dept number 888-281-6710 was also given. Monday - Friday 10 am to 6 pm, EST.No one has signed either letter. I feel this is a gross fraud, adn want my $200.00 back, and do not feel they should get away with it. I have no information how I would even "spend" any of this, if I so decided to.
