First Capital called me a month and a half ago to tell me that I qualified for a $2500.00. They told me that I would need to pay a 29.95 shipping fee and that when I recieved the package I could call and cancel if I was not interested.

If I did not call within the 7 days my account would be charged a $99.95 fee and a $59.95 fee also. I never recieved my package and they withdrew those fees out of my account.

When I called them they said that they would still send my package and for me to get my money back I would have to write the coorperate office. When I asked for a phone number they said that there was not a phone number. They were very rude and they laughed at me when I told them that they were running a scam.

To make a long story short if this happens to anyone go straight to your bank and do a stop payment this also prevent from them to withdraw anything else out of your account.

AUTHOR: Jeff - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 02, 2004

I was buying a powerhead and a lower unit for my boat from national marine center (wirth marine) a price was ageed upon which included shipping I wired the money to a bank of america branch in holmstead, Florida to go into an account which I also have the number for on july 2. as of august 2 I have neither the parts that I ordered nor have I been given any shipping or tracking info, even though I was told that these items were shipped over 2 weeks ago by a Ted Hay who works at this branch of bank of america. The amount that I sent in the wire was $4820.00 and I have not received the parts that I ordered nor have I been able to track or truly confirm that they have been shipped.
