Capital Management Services LP Collection scam Ripoff Buffalo New York

Capital Management Services sent me a collection notice on a debt that supposedly occured twelve years ago, in 1994, and is owed to AT&T Broadband. AT&T Broadband was not in existence at that time; it was formed in 1999 and sold to Comcast in 2002. This attempt to collect on a non-existent debt owed to a non-existent company is, pure and simple, a fraud and a scam. I would be interested in hearing from others in a similar situation about what we can collectively do to put this fraudulent company out of business.
