I received a letter from Capital Management services claiming that I owe a debt for $23,433.81. They offered me a settlement to pay 10% within 45 days. They did not include the name of the original creditor.
I have never owed that much money to anyone in my life; but if I did, why woul they settle for only 10%? It's a Rip-Off!
