Capital Management Ventures Fishy debt reporting Harrisburg Pennsylvania

I too just check my Experian credit report this month. On it was a "negative item" from Capital Management Ventures with an open date of 7/2008 for $70.
I have NO IDEA what this is for or what it is about, yet I see that there is another person with the same problem.

I've just started a dispute with Experian regarding this item, which will take 30 days. In the meantime, I've searched the internet for this company with the address they provided to Experian....obtained a phone # for them and called.

I spoke with some girl named Tawanda who could not find my name or social security number in her system. When I asked her to verify that I was calling Capital Management Ventures at 2491 Paxton Street in Harrisburg PA, she said that the address of the company was correct, but the company name (Capital Management Ventures) was wrong!

I asked her if her company was associated with Capital Management Ventures and she said NO but referenced something to NCO.

Anyway, I find it very fishy that I and another lady listed on this site have the same negative information ($ amount & company) placed on our Experian credit report. Something is very wrong here!!!!!
