Capital One 360 can I please have MY money? St Cloud, Minnesota Nationwide

I open a 360 checking account and my first deposit was a check for $1000.00 drawn on the Connecticut Lottery bank.  I had won on a scratch off and in CT the rule is, if it's over $500 you must go to a "high tier" store to have it cashed in...in the form of a check. This is how they do it in CT..it's not a choice.  So I signed it, wrote "for deposit only" on it and sent it via the Cap One 360 phone app.  Because they could not "verify" it by calling the authorized issuer, I had to wait a week for it to be available. Great.         Okay...fast forward to today.  I got my first paycheck and did the same thing. Only difference is this is an ADP payroll check and there is an 877 number on the front to call for verification.  Do they call them? NOPE..they called the Nursing Home I work for.  They have absolutely nothing to do with payroll checks except the info they give ADP. Mind you, this was at 11am this morning..it's now 6:15pm and I still have no available money in my account.  I'm not even considered middle class, so when I work, I expect my money in my account.  So now my kids can eat bread and butter for a week while the morons at Cap One 360 repeat the same bu//s/// over and over to me about how they couldn't not "verify" the check.  Funny, I just called the verification number and punched in the info from the check and got a verification AND a tracking number.  I wipe elderly butts for a living and these people make a livable wage...and can't seem to get on the ball.          Not a bank for anyone I know..as most people I know need human beings that think and act human.
