Capital One Auto Finance - Capital One Cannot get an answer or someone to callback Internet

We have a Capital One auto loan that we have had for a little over 28 months, should have made 28 months in payments, however they are saying we were late every single month and $16.66 per month for a late fee x28 months plus the payment for 29 months equals about $9780 however we have paid them over $10,000 yet they keep saying we owe them additional money and NO ONE can give me an answer of why what we owe is not on the transaction history....so I have called 9x talked with 4 managers and yet NO ONE can get me the answer....how can I not get a straight answer?

You didn't indicate if any of the 28 months you were late, you should have ACH because that would alleviate late fees. I am not certain of this persons title but after you get your ducks in a row, dates checks were cashed call this person. He may be able to help or direct you to someone who could. If you were late for 28 months don't bother. Luis Cruz. 800-227-3863. Wait until the message says #7, a person's extension then hit 7779 and you will be connected. Do not rant.
