CAPITAL VACATION ripoff IF THEY HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT PLEASE CANCEL YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FILL OUT AN AFFIDAVIT OF EXEMPTION THROUGH YOUR BANK FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! PETERSBURG FLORIDA

On the begining Feb. 2004 I received a call from Susan Ford from Capital vacations Offering a 400 voucher/travel freetrail vacation. After confirming the account info and stating nothing would be charged, I received paperwork stating that if I didn't return this by Feb 27 I would be charged 45.95. I RETURNED brochures same day. They did sign that it was received but on Feb 23 they had already charged my account 45.95 PLUS on March 1st they charged 59.95. I did dispute these charges with my bank and filled out an affidavit of exemption for both amount and they were Refunded :)thnk God. but I did decide to CLOSE my account.

Only because I was able to catch this amount soon, my bank helped. It's sad to know so many other people will never see their money back, but get informed never give up do what ever you have to do. Most of the ph# for this fraud company are disconnected. good luck.
