Capital Vacations - Stay In Touch LD And About 15 Others ripoff Anyone know how to get a class action suit started St. Petersburg Florida

Ok, I am writing on behalf of my disbaled mother in law. She is very poor at this present time and she cannot afford for these scumbags to be withdrawing $300.00 a month from her bank account.

It all started with a phone call... then she pays them around $1,200.00 for a vacation that they WOULD NOT give her. They kept changing the dates and when her son was shot, they told her that she couldn't change the date, the time had run out on her vacation package. They had the balls to offer her a weekend in Orland and a rental car for $149.00. SHE ALREADY PAID THEM AT LEAST $1,200.00!!!

Not only have they stolen that money from her, but we checked her bank statement and found that they have been withdrawing money every month using different names. They take about $300.00 a month using 6 different names.
These people need to be stopped! Better Business bureau isn't doing anything to stop them, what else as consumers can we do?

They are stealing people's money! It is not right and they are getting away with it everyday.
What are we going to do about it?
