Capitol Vacations ripoff, fraudulent billing, I am now at a loss of how to get my money back. Saint Petersburg Florida

I received a call from a Rob Peirson offering me a free vacation from Capitol Vacations for maintaining a good checking account for a year. After a while of being on the phone with him, I accepted a free trial for the said company.

I was told I had 14 days to cancel, which I did. My account was then billed for $49.95. I've tried calling again and again, never being able to reach anyone. I was never given a cancellation number.

The information of the person I spoke with is: Rob Peirson, Station #20. I am now at a loss of how to get my money back. This is a complete ripoff.
