Capital Vacations Ripoff, and almost impossible to cancel your membership. Treasure Island Florida

I bit on 14 day free trial in November 2004. I have been trying to cancel since February 2005 without success, being billed $19.95 each month. You can't get a live person and if you cancel on the phone, it will say you were cancelled and will receive a refund, but it never happens.

Month after month this will go on. When I cancelled in writing to the address in the materials, my mail was returned "undeliverable." Other writers mention Tampa and St. Petersburg in the address, but my packet came from Treasure Island.

Here is the ONLY WAY TO CANCEL: Call 1-888-824-7675 and hit # twice to get a live person. Don't even listen to the messages. They will try to offer you 6 months free, but then the charges will start up again! NOT!!
