Capital Vacations ripoff, dishonest, scam St. Petersburg Florida

I was called on the phone in October of 2004, i was told i won a free 3 day 2 night anywhere vacation. I was skeptical because i know nothing is "free" i asked what the catch was and was told that there was no catch. so i agreed. He told me that they would send me out a package and i had a 14 day "trial" to see if i wanted the products.

I waited, and waited and finally i received the package on the 14th day, at 6 pm. I called to cancel and what do you know....offices were closed for the day. I called the next day early and said i wanted to cancel, and how could they send it to me on the 14th day? the lady on the phone said they rushed it out 3 days after they called me. BULL----. I then said i wanted a refund and they said i had to send back the package and they will send me a refund. I immediatly went to the post office sent the package certified so i know that someone had to sign for it.

They received it on 11-8-04, i haven't received anything since.I tried to call today......no answer, it hung up on me.
