Capitol One I have problems with capitol one credit cards enrollment papers. Nationwide

Capitol One is horrible at taking my name off their mailing list. They sent me a letter stating that I had sent in an application for a credit card. I do not use credit cards. They are horrible to get in touch with online or on the phone. I finally connected with them and told them that I had not filled out an application. They said they would take care of it. Since then I have received 2 more applications for a credit card.

I want to know why they can't take care of a simple blocking my name for a credit card and checking to see if I have blocked them from sending me an application. I have contacted optout, all 3 financial credit scores, and the federal trade commission. Nothing is working.
