Yes, it did go from all things were looking good headed to approval to accusations without provocation. If you do not understand the term legal, then maybe you need a dictionaryl. Even the sales person at the location stated that the person reviewing the loan was being a jerk. It does not matter whether this is a subprime lender or a Wall Street lender, there is no reason for the behavior exhibited by this company. It seems by your response that you might work for Car Hop.

You are at a Sub-Prime lender which means that you can't get financed by a more "traditional" lender.  Generally this is because you have not proven you can handle credit, but in your case it could be your ability to document your income.

You see it doesn't go from submitting proof of income to being called a thief and liar without something happening between those two things.  It also is a very odd statement to come out and say that your proof was "legal". 

So what is missing here?  What type of income proof did you provide?  What other information did you provide?  What information did he still want?
