Car hop Pennsylvania

  bought a car at carhop in July of 2015. A 2000 Buick LeSabre. Piece of crap. 2nd I had it the check engine light came on. Called them and they said take it to the shop. I did. So the shop wants to do a fog test and other things to find the problem. Now when I first called carhop the guy said sure we will pay for it. Well then two days later I get a call saying they aren't paying for anything. So I said but the guy told me you would. She says well he doesn't work for us anymore and she hung up. Sob. So I have until June of 2016 to get car inspected. So I drive with the light on. Now comes June and it doesn't pass emissions. They told me that there is s hole in the top of the gas tank. So there's a law in Pennsylvania, that days if you pay 300.00 to try to fix the problem and you can't then you can get an exemption sticker. Ok I did that and now it's time again and that say you can't do it 2 years in a row. They want 1500.00 and I'm not doing that because the car is only worth 695.00. and I owe 2700.00. they keep callinging me three times a day. I'm not paying. They also said we might be able to help you fix the car. I said you wouldn't do it two years ago, your not going to do it now. So I'm going let them take it. Credit is bad and it didn't improve. They made their money on me 10 fold. Please any advice is welcome
