Caracquire.com Partial Refund Given-Better Than Nothing Internet

Wrote a previous report regarding caracquire.com. I am unable for some reason to edit or add to the original report.

Since my complaint filed with the BBB and ripoffreport.con I was contacted by a manager "Matthew". We came to a resolution that I would receive at $250 refund. Although I received this partial refund I am still out the other $250. At least I received something back.

I still stand by my previous statement as I don't believe any real services were offered as I was given false promises and hope that my vehicle would get sold to which it did not. Ultimately caracquire.com and my salesperson Jon Anthony were contracted to sell my vehicle but could not follow through. Reasoning for my original report is that I was never contacted regarding the status on the sale of my vehicle as well as I never received a callback from my salesperson after many messages left with him. If caracquire were to contact their customers and return phone calls I'm sure people would be less apprehensive to use their services and wouldn't have the feeling of being left in the dark. I certainly do appreciate that the company provided a partial refund and that I wasn't fully left in the dust and being out the full amount. A full refund definitely would have been more appropriate but I will take what I can get and sell my vehicle myself
