Card member services could not resolve my dispute with a merchant Target in regards to a purchase of a Windows Vista for 217.00 plus they kept stating the case is closed than reopened closed reopened than they closed the case without resolving my dispute I finally filed arbitration with them at the National arbitration forum File# MX0801002032754 based in Minneapolis, Mn., phone# 1-800474-2371 x 6641. Card member kept the closing reopening going for over 3 months.

The case involves Microsoft Windows Vista the product was made in Puerto Rico and shipped from canada. I loaded the software on the system I built from ground level up. The software came back after 2 weeks that it was a illegal build 6000 I reported it to target store based in Lakewood the manager refused to deal with the issue and gave me the run around. I validated the product key with microsoft case# 1039704839. The product key was valid. Card member services visa rules state that if you have a problem with the goods and services you only have to pay the first 50.00. well I have accrued in taxes interests around 250.00 with no end insight I have also cut up and sent my credit card back to these people and made a photo copy of the cut up credit card for playing this game
