Card Member Services Trying to STEAL my credit card number Vancouver, Washington

I have been receiving calls to my cell phone from a person that is trying to steal my credit card account number. 

An automated message saying they are from "Card Member Services" says I am approved for a reduction in my interest rate for my credit card, and directs to press the number "1" to speak to an agent. When you speak to the agent they ask for the customer service phone number on the back of my credit card, and then they ask for the account number on the front of the card. When I questioned the authenticity of the caller, and ask for more information the agent gets aggravated and hangs up on me. 

I have received this call about 5 times now and when I google the phone number there are message boards with people complaining about these calls too. This seems to be a large-scale sophisticated crime, and people should be warned about this scam.

* note: there seems to be a legit company called "CardMember Services" affiliated with Chase Bank, this is not the same company
