Card Payment Solutions Ripoff ! Excessive fees, poor customer service, rude. Thousand Oaks, California

We have a merchant account with these people after being slammed by Central Payment, they will deny you so that you get slammed into an another merchant Service account with these people to rip you off for excessive fees.

This month we was charged 130.45 when we had NO charges during December being processed. So I called and he told me it was for a yearly membership fee and a Merchant club. I do not have a terminal as we process via virtual terminal and the sales person told us we would have no membership fees and for our low voulme our monthly fee would be less than 35.00 ( of course higher if we had a larger volume ) So we have fought with this company month after month, always being switched to another contact to handle our problem issuing us a credit for the past months rip off fees. We are supposed to fill out this questionairre to avoid an extra 30.00 a month ! GIVE ME A BREAK !! Just stay away from Central Payment, Wells Fargo and CardPayment Solutions !

I am fed up. I am so tired of the crooks that rip off small business. This will result in not offering credit card service to my customers.
