June 6 2006 I signed a contract for Card Payment Solutions Through Trish Millis bernstein account exectutive.

2 weeks later she brought a Nurit8000s wireless terminal. she turned it on and it,s first function was an error.

The printouts read, (Exception in nos ) (Detect: Undefined inst!) (Application PC which was saved before calling to NOS function (may be dummy) ). then it would print out stack errors 12 to 20 inches of printout.
then printed (ON LINE MODE) 10 to 15 times before finishing. she said it would be ok and tried to clear the error. It whould not clear. she then removed & replaced the battery to clear.

She did this 3 times and on 4th try it came on line. she swiped a card for 1 dollar and it worked. At the end of the receipt it printed for the charge came the same errors. She took the printout and and told me to do a batch statement and the prob would go away.

the next day after the batch statement was unsuccesfull in solving the problem I called her and she agreed to send it back and get me a new one.

5 days later she brought a new machine, turned it on and it worked.
the next day I swiped my own card for 5$ to make sure it worked & the errors were back. the new terminal has the same ser# as the old ?.

in 6 months it worked 4 times. it failed 27 times. This is after
2 attempts by Card Payment Solutions to repair over land line and twice returned for repair. the lead tech said that mod. terminal has lots of program problems.

I called her back and she stated she did not work for Card Payment Solutions
any more and she was sorry. she told me she was haveing lots of truble with the co ripping off her clients.
I called back 2 weeks later and said I was refered to here and looking for a card terminal. she said she was Card Payment Solutions exectutive. I then told here who i was and she hung up.

I sent the terminal back for a third time and after 1 month of no responce to calls to simon head of dept. for the company i decided to cancel my contract. calling from a diffrent phone I contaced simons secratery and was given a cancelation after filling out forms and returning to co on 8/25/06 confirmend by sharling.

About 3 months later Im still being charged 51.00 per month from my acc. after repeated attempts to contact Northern leasing and getting rude nasty
reps that hang up on you or wont listen to what you are trying to say. I finaly contacted a rep who told me to mail in a complaint. I did and no reply nothing. So I canceled my acc on advise of bank and reopened new acc.

First letters came and I replied by calling being recieved by rude nasty people again. Then the calls started 6 to 10 times a day. Temporarely stopping my company cell service (2 weeks) stopped the calls.

their lawyers contacted me by letter. In which there was a contract I have never seen. Who ever filled it out spelled my company name and my last name wrong. you can tell the writeing is not from me. were you sign your name then print your name my last name is printed wrong. who prints there last name wrong. I don't.

NORTHING LEASING has filed on me. many more attempts with overwhelming
evidence to settle and only getting miss fowler at extention 8366 telling me to pay 2500.00 or be sued she does not care.

my lawyer says californa courts wont honer there suit if i fight it in ca.
what im going to do is not pay them a dime till I sue card payment soultions & trish bernstein in small claims court for max allowed for damages to my company and filing a false contract in my name.

I have proof of all this and more. if i had the money i would sue them for the 7500.00 it would take to resolve this matter in court instead of paying the 2500.00 to get them off my back. IT'S THE POINT that matters and what it is doing to innocent people.

Glad I checked rippoff report. I wont give up pursuing NORTHERN LEASING and none of you should either. after i sue them & win i will continue to file complaints against them & research how to get the best results.
