Cardmember Service Aka Chase Fine Prints: No Cap Transaction Fee--> $561 Ripoff Wilmington Delaware

I have used the convenience checks proposed by the Credit Card companies for years, but this time, Chase had no cap transaction fee in the Fine Prints. Chase wrote on th etop of the page that the offer was 0.99% rate using in a 60 point FONT (half an inch high) and in the fine print (6 point FONT). At the bottom of the page, was the important information written in a 6 point font - that was barely readable. There it was stated: A fee of 3% (minimum $5) appllies to the amount of each transaction from this offer.

I did not read the fine print because I had been conditioned over the last 10 years to pay a cap of $50 or $75.

I must say that this is the first time I see a convenience check with no maximum cap. I believe this has been introduced recently in the market.

This is again one of these techniques used by CHASE to rip-off their customers.

Is there anything a customer can do against that practice?
