Responsibilities include:
Interviewing and gathering accurate demographic and insurance information to complete the registration process
Obtains authorizations and collects appropriate monies on accounts identified with deductible amounts due.
Obtains appropriate signatures on all registration forms
Completes insurance verification on accounts

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, et cetera)
Previous Customer Service and/or Admitting experience preferred
Medical office experience a plus!
