Careington takes pride in assisting members at every step in the membership experience. Careington is a discount medical plan organization located in Frisco, TX that offers various discount plans to help consumers save money at participating providers.

Careington offers the plans directly to the public through on-line applications, physical applications, and telephonic sales. Careington also contracts with marketers to offer the discount medical plans.

All discount medical plans offered by Careington do have a trial period that begins from the time the consumer receives the written membership material. If a consumer cancels within the trial period they will be refunded their money, less the one-time processing fee. Careington has established a refund committee to help fairly and efficiently process all cancelations and refund request. The Careington refund committee also weighs the circumstances outlined by the consumer in the complaint process to reach a resolution that is satisfactory to the consumer.
