I booked a cruise with this company.  After the 3 minute political survey, after reading so many bad reviews I decided to cancel.  When I called to cancel the CSR took a while to decide that my time to cancel has expired etc.  Then tried to convince me VERY HARD that this company is legit.  I could not even ask a question without him interrupting me and being rude.  Then he hung up! -- when I asked why is this company not listed on the BBB and the fact that the reviews on the BBB are pretty bad.
