Caribbean Cruise Line's cruise to the Bahamas violate state and federal law when they contact on yout cell phone. They use auto dialers and contact many on the Federal Do Not Call list. Despite having several class action lawsuit for this practice, they continue to do these violations.  They claim to be affiliated with the International Port of Palm Beach, Budget and Avis rental cars. It appears Caribbean Cruise Line is also marketing for these companies, The Better Business Bureau has over a thousand complaints against Caribbean Cruise Line. Many complaints to the Florida Office of Attorney General as well. Do not fall for this because Caribbean Cruise Line violates state and federal law to get business. File complaints against them to get them put out of business. Under the Telephone Consumet Protection Act, you are entitled to $500 per call or $1500 per call if it is a willful violation. Lawyers are currently suing them and others in class action lawsuit. Several lawyers will also represent you at no cost to you if you have several calls from these criminals.  Record the calls from them and keep records of the date and time they call. They are responsible even if they hire a third party marketer.
