I took this trip and it was awesome....sorry you were inclined to believe other reports , and did not have a chance to get away for a couple days, relax and enjoy the great food, like myself and family did last September.

Yes, it does cost money to run the ship...fuel charges, gratuities, and port fees. Just like trains, planes and cars, they cannot run unless someone pays to keep them running . I am a customer servicer call representative and I can tell you that some people that call can be extremely provoking and very rude. I am not sure how your temperate was at the time of call . I can tell you that no-one was rude to me either at the call center , or on the ship.

I have traveled all over the world and been to many places,  and this was fantastic. Can't wait to go again....Wish I had those vouchers, or someone who really would love to take a couple days to enjoy themselves, get away from it all.
