Caribbean Cruise Line 2011getaway.com, "free" cruise palm beach, Florida
*Consumer Comment: Free is Never Free
Recieved "boarding pass" offer in the mail for free cruise (special offer). I stupidly gave my credit card number over the phone and my account was charged $250.00. My wife called them up screaming and they told her it was too late because I willingly over a recorded tape gave my card info to them. After I gave my card info, the asked for the CVS number on the back I ended up hanging up because I realized something was fishy. They ran my card anyway. I am fighting to get a refund. They told my wife it will take 3-5 business days but i'm doubting I will receive it back. TOTAL SCAM. People shouldn't be legally allowed to get away with such a thing after it occuring just once.

It is too bad you gave the credit card number.
I always read the Rip Off reports on anything that says Free on it.
If its sounds to good to be true, its not true.
You should call your bank, and see if they will help you.
Also, file a fraud report with the bank.
I am sorry this has happened to you.
