Caribbean Cruise Lines Liers, Cheaters, Scam Artists internet/phone Florida

I just reported this company to the BBB.  In trying to contact USAA Insurance Co., I mistakenly misdialed the number by one digit.  It directed me to this Caribbean Cruise LIne scam.  I was told that my insurance company redirected my call to them because I was a lucky winner!  Ha!  First, told me my "free" cruise would only be $59 pp to cover port charges.  Then the pressure comes on....trying to upsell you a longer trip for another $600!  After they got my AMEX # for the first charge, I realized was a SCAM this was.  I hung up, and in trying to call back repeatedly, I could not get through; I was disconnected multiple times.  So NOW I had to call AMEX and dispute the charges and tell my embarrassing story of falling for this SCAM.  Please please get this out to everyone.  They have a wide netowork of telemarketers just waiting to prey on innocent victims.  THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!  If anyone else has had this problem, please also fill out a complaint online at the Better Business Bureau site.  They will investigate and get back to you.
