Carid CARID Not accountable - worst company ever. Cranbury, NJ Nationwide

I am so incredibly irritated with this company.  I have never experienced worse customer service.  They have aggressive sales people that seem to know what they are talking about and indicate an easy return process.  

Purchased a $2000 bumper for a truck. It does not fit properly.  It also does not look like it does in the pictures. 

First, they said it can not be returned if it has been installed.  I asked how would I know it does not fit if is not installed.  They basically said I should hold it up - to eyeball it.  In reality that does not work because it's a 175 pound bumper with a dozen bolts and brackets that support it.  

Either way - the sales team does not approach the sale in that way at all.  

I had to escalate this again and again and again.  Eventually, they connected me with the manufacturer.  The manufacturer was fine with an RMA.  

Now it's a 30-45 day window for a freight pick up.  Also, they say it has to be in perfect new condition and can not have been installed.  Even though we just went through this fire drill and got an RMA for its return.   

It has taken 20 calls to get to hear.  Each call is 45 minutes or more.  

In another month from now - I may or may not have a credit for the bumper.

On another note, I have ordered another bumper that fit perfectly from another vendor fast easy process with ligit customer service.
