Carolina Furniture H.R. Privette fraudulent ripoff furniture business Calabash North Carolina

Like hundreds of others, I too am a victem of Carolina Furniture. I placed my order for a dining room suite back in August 2002 and the only thing delivered was MISERY. In total, H.R. has pocketed over $7,000 of my money (which my wife and I had saved for over 10 years). We have also experienced the con-man's art of words with several broken promises and past-due delivery dates. For the past 3 months, I have logged over 150 phone calls to CF. I am curious if they even still exist.

Believe it or not, H.R. does have a couple of warehouses filled with furniture. Unfortunately, it probably isn't the furniture you ordered. It is likely to be cheap furniture just sitting there so that H.R. can claim that he has furniture. It is true that his computers were confiscated by the authorities back in January. However, that same week he purchased BRAND NEW COMPUTERS to continue his fraudulent cash flow.

How can this continue? How can this man still be in business? Why can't the government put this man in a place where he will never STEAL someone else's money or hopes again? Simply stated, he belongs in prison.

H.R., I know you have read these and since you have not posted a rebuttel, we can only assume that what is being stated is true and that it is an admission of guilt. You have promised me furniture, you have promised me money; all of which are just empty words. If you think I am upset, you couldn't be more correct. Who gave you the right to steal our money and allow our families to shed tears because of your fraudulent ways? Tears have dried, reality has set in, and justice will be served!
