Carpet king Carpet King minnesota Didn't receive all my product. Keep saying they will call back and don't. It's been a month and 7 promises to call back Minneapolis minnesota, applevalley minnesota Nationwide

I purchased very expensive hardwood flooring from them. I say with the guy and knew exactally what kind of peice I needed to connect the floor to the carpet. I have don't this many times. He ordered. I showed him the picture and that is what he said he was tying in the computer.  I got the right floor but the wrong strip.  I took the trim. The peice that connects the floor to the carpet, back and they were suppose to order a new one.  They did not and I called 7 times and they keep saying they will call back and do not.  The floor needs the wooden floor strip that matches the floor or it isn't any good and I can't finish the floor or put the carpet back.  I am sure we will end up in court but noose should have to deal with this.  It should be quite simple
