carport.com Elephant Structures carport.com was glad to take my deposit but not happy to get me my carport Boone, NC Nationwide

On 03/19/2016 I ordered a carport  from  carport.com.  on 05/20/2016 I was contacted by a Rosie from dreamscarports about when to install the carport. We agreed on 05/28/2016 between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm.. Well no one showed up so at 3 pm I called dreamscarports and had to leave a message however I continued waiting until 6 pm and at that time I called again and left another message. On 05/30/2016 I called back and I got in touch with Rosie and she said that the crew was at my house and they waited for 2 hours and tried calling my number several times which is a lie.They all have the same number to contact me with yet Rosie can call me but the crew could not   hmmm. So today 06/02/2016 I called carport.com and I was directed to a Sam Darnell and she said their was nothing she could do because she had to go by what the crew told her even after I told her they never showed up or even called. I asked her repearedly for a refund of my deposit since they will not get me my carport and each time she did not say anything. She kept giving me the run around so I hung up. This is just bad business.
