Carribean Cruise Line SCAM 100% DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP!! Pompano Beach Florida

This company is a total 100% rip off. DO NOT give them your credit card information. My wife and I received a ticket in the mail and called. We figured, hey you never know. That was definitely a MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They talk you into upgrading your package to get free stays in Orlando, another place in Florida, vegas, Mexico, etc.... Once you give them your credit card information they transfer you over to their claims department to record your voice. Well, I researched it and told the claims person I was no longer interested. They got the incompetent sales agent back on the line and then from there, he asked why. I told him we decided we just didn't want to do it. So they said ok, and we hung up. Well then I get calls from the manager telling me to call him, after the third time of sending the calls straight to voicemail he left a message stating that they have already charged my credit card. I called him back and lite him up telling him I never authorized it and I told him that I changed my mind. I advised him that I called my credit card company about disputing the transaction. He said that I didn't have to because they already cancelled it. I said oh really? How do I know that. He said that it would take 3-5 days to post back to my credit card. I told him I don't see how that is possible because the purchases go right through, and so do most charge backs. He said that is the way it works. Needless to say, it has been longer than that and the money has still not been put back on my card. So, I have to wait until my next statement to dispute this transaction from these freaking losers that have nothing better to do then rip people off. DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
