The State of Maryland has laws against companies trashing our communities with illegal signs on our State and County roads, yet Caruso Homes feel they are above the law and plaster their signs all over State highway Rt 3 and I-97 every single weekend. We as tax payers are paying to have the State Highway Administration pay overtime to have these signs removed on weekends, but the money is not in the SHA budget so their efforts to remove this blight are far and few between. Caruso knows this and have for years now plastered their illegal signs throughout our neighborhoods. If they break the law so readily in their advertising, what's to say they will cut whatever corners they can in others in their greedy persuit of money?
