My home was completed in August of 2013 and from that point on it has been pure Hell with dealing with the builder.  Where do I begin!!  Okay so, there was a cover left off of one of the vents in my home.  Right after I moved in birds moved in laid eggs I notified the builder to get it token care of and guess what it still hasn't been token care of because the birds are back again for the second nesting. 

Lets move along to the SOD in my yard.  Caruso laid down several types of sod throughout my community.  Everyone's yard looks, nice, horrible or just okay. My yard being a horrible yard.  We installed a sprinkler system because we thought maybe we weren't getting enough sun as to why our grass wasn't nice and green as others.  After spending tons of money on water we seeked professional advice from landscaping companie. We learned that we had a different type of grass and our yard will never be the pretty evergreen grass. Why did we have to get cheap SOD we didn't buy a cheap house?  Our Sod should be just as nice as some of the others on the block. Keep it uniformed Caruso we are a subdivision.

Our Sump Pump!!  Boy oh boy, it sounds like some one has dropped a dome or something heavy on concrete.  The sump pump is so loud it is ridicuous.  Often when there is company over.  It gets the crowds attention and everyone is standing around looking like what in the world was that. 

These are just a few items off of my 6 page list of repairs that are still outstanding.  Did I tell you my home was delivered and we closed in August 2013.
