I evaluated my iPad 3 Wifi 16Gb on their site as I was about to buy the new iPad Air 2. The site gave me quote of 180$ and I declared that my screen has scratches and is broken. The process was smooth as they took care of the shipping. They also sent an email saying that they received it and is being evaluated. Finally, they said they are going to pay 20$ after evaluation. I have sent follow up emails and no response yet. This is scam! There is no explanation on how an estimate of 180$ can come down to 20$. This is a rip off!
