Cash For Laptops Cash for iPhones SCAM, IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL CONTACT/DEAL WITH, RIPOFF, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL No idea, they won't tell you Internet

Decided to trade in my 2 Apple iPhone 5S phones, received an initial offer of $275 for each, was told would have the money in just a few days.  Sent the devices in and then waited.  Tried to contact them, they NEVER answer the phone, NEVER!  Finally received information about my phone on it's way to the inspection area, this took over 3 weeks!!!

Received an email stating that my phone had "Find My iPhone" enabled, which is not true, and if not taken off they couldn't offer me anything more than $20.  This is BS because I don't even use that feature, wiped the phone, and they still state that they can't inspect it with that enabled.

Finally received a final offer for one of my iPhones, this one is an iPhone 5S 16GB, almost brand new, not a scratch, and the offer was $20 !!!!!!!

I decicded to call them and state that I just wanted my phones returned, but once again you can't get in contact with them.  Then, after receiving another notice that they couldn't inspect my other phone, because it had a password on it (again, I wiped the phones, there were no passwords on either one), I finally got in contact with them on the phone after waiting 55 minutes !!!!!

The person who answered the phone was the most unprofessional person I have ever met.  She just talked over me, at the speed of light, instructing me on the process that needs to be followed.  When I started talking she just talked right over me, I told her not to interrupt me, and so this is what she does "sir, I'm putting you on a brief hold".  She did this about 5 times over the course of the 15 minute conversation, anytime I started talking or instructing her on what I wanted done (which was return both my phones immediately), she would do this.

Finally, I got her to agree to return one of my phones, but the other one was still in the inspection process and I would have to wait until I received an offer (which would be low because they claim there is a "Find My iPhone" feature enabled, which of course there isn't, and when I recieved the other offer I would have to call in again in order to get them to return it.

The person I talked to said her name was Jesse, but I'm sure this is a lie.  I asked for her last name and she told me she wouldn't give it to me.  She continued on with this "if you are going to yell at me I'm going to put you on a brief hold" bit, but of course she can't tell the difference between yelling and someone simply trying to speak without being interrupted or talked over.

Don't do business with these people.  Federal fraud charges should be filed against them, they don't do what they say they will, they make up lies to make the process more complicated, and then offer peanuts for devices that are clearly worth a lot of money, and they don't even back up why their offer is low.  It's a joke.  Shame on me for not checking them out sooner, as this site and lots others have a ton of reports written on them.

I think a class action suit needs to be filed, probably on a number of different grounds.
