Cash Secret Club was never on this site and still got charged $81.32 Las Vegas Nevada

I was on a website entitled ebay success kit and made a purchase for $39.00, I never received the kit in the mail and they automatically enrolled me in 4 different programs which have charged my bank account a total of $411.79. They deduct the charges under different internet business names for small amounts and a few large ones. I tried getting back on to the website that I made the purchase from and when I clicked the customer service link I was forwarded to a page stating that customer service was not available at this time.

I went to my bank where I was given phone numbers to contact all the different companies who are charging my bank ( there were 6 of them along with international service fees). When I contacted the initial company that I made the kit purchase through, they said they did not give any of my info out, and yet I still have all these charges to my account. When I contacted each of these companies individually they say they don't do refunds. Then told me if I wanted my money back to try and file a police report against them if I could find them.
