As many others have said, I was told my phone was worth $237 and had them send me a box.  Once they received my phone and inspected it, I was asked to call their support line.  After calling several times, waiting for over 20 minutes, and then getting a voicemail box, I finally got through.

Here is where the bait and switch happened.  The guy on the phone told me that my iphone was in restore mode, and was not salvageable.  As a result of that, some scratches, and not having the cables, the $237 offer for the iPhone 4 became $82.  I told him to send the phone back, and he said he would.

I'm going to try another service - the restore, while it did happen, does not make the phone 'unusable by anyone or any other company' as he put it on the phone.  Once they have your phone, they hope that you will not be willing to go through the hassle of sending it somewhere else for a higher offer.
