cashnet marketing contacted me telling me that I took out a payday loan and did not pay it. They told me if I didn't pay it they would take me to court and arrest me at work. I called the payday company and they said Internet

I received a phone call from an officer Frank Jordan who said he was from the Assistant Court House Services.  He said he was hired by Cashnet Marketing to collect an outstanding payday loan from me.  I couldn't rememeber having any that were outstanding but he was so convincing with the the information that he had on me.  I took down all the information of what I was to do and was planning on making a payment tomorrow.  I then decided to look up cashnet marketing and that is when I found all of these reports.  I called the payday loan place that I use and they said it wasn't them and they have been receiving many calls like these.  I called them back and they said that they are ligitimate and they must receive payment.  I told them they are reported as a fraudulant company and I was not paying them until I knew the payday loan company that I was outstanding on.....of course they could not located that information.  What a scam...they almost had me, thank goodness of the Ripoff Report!
