I also used cash now off I sent in 8 boxes of test strips a month has gone by I have gotten any payment now they can't find my box in which I sent in with the mailing kit they sent me they are a scam and need to be criminal removed from stealing from sick people that need extra money.

On Thu 12/22/2016 4:12 PM we received an order via web submission stating that the customer “Eileen” had 5 boxes of One Touch Verio Blue Box - 100 Ct.

She was then sent via email her prepaid priority postage label as we pay for shipping. In this email is also attached our terms & conditions. This contains a list of what we accept, their worth, & the condition in which they need to be sent in for us to purchase them.  Our terms also state "we are not allowed by law to return your items". 

What was actually sent in by “Eileen” was not the same of what was on her order, she sent in 5 OTVERIO WHITE BOX 100 CT. Nor did it meet our condition requirements some of the boxes had been opened.

Our website, & terms that we sent with her label states over and over our requirements.  The heading of our packet states: PLEASE READ THIS FIRST  I would say that this is enough of an alert to keep reading to make sure I follow the directions. 

Once her order was verified, our accounting department sent her an email that contained photos along with an explanation of why her items were not acceptable. The instruction packet was also attached in this email.  So now this means “Eileen” had three chances to read our terms & conditions that she was sent, but she chose to ignore them.

“Eileen” has since sent emails with profanities & irrationalities once she realized she would not be receiving her payment nor her items back. Which again, she was notified why, and given guidelines to follow before sending in her items.

Now the matter has been escalated, we are being called fraudulent, thieves, & liars, and to top it off we are being threatened.  So we have to resort to legal action as I will not allow my employees to be threatened.
