CASTLE HONDA is the biggest ripoff dealship I have ever encountered.  BILL JEW is the kind of salesman that gives car salespeople a bad name.  Just do yourself a favor and buy your car elsewhere.  He will quote one price then want to charge you another price.  When you complain, the manager will back him up and practically throw you out the door.  The finance manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met and I have no idea why he still has a job.   Mark, the finance manager, should have been fired a long time ago.   It's interesting to note that whenever someone puts a negative review on Google about CASTLE HONDA and BILL JEW it's only there for a few days before it disappears.  Obviously they have it taken off Google but I like that they can't remove it from the Ripoff Report or Yelp.  Who knows how many bad reviews they have removed so people can't find out what a dishonest dealership/ salesman you would be dealing with if you went to CASTLE HONDA-BILL JEW.   STAY AWAY unless you like being insulted and treated badly.
