I bought a Honda Accord from BILL JEW from CASTLE HONDA during the Cash for Clunkers Program.  When I told him I didn't have the title, he said that was no problem.  Yet when I went to pick up the new car, he said that without the title he could not give me the rebate.  BILL JEW had me jumping through hoops.  It was always one more thing he needed before he could give me the rebate.  When I got that one more thing, it was then another thing he needed.  He kept telling me that as long as the dealership had the title before the Cash for Clunkers Program ended, I would definitely get the rebate.  My title got there in time but because he was off that day the title didn't get "scanned" so I didn't get the rebate.  BILL JEW was also off the next day so I was told to talk to MARK, the FINANCE MANAGER.  When I asked  MARK why the title had not been "scanned", he threw the title at me and told me to buy my car some where else.  (I wish.)  How rude!  Obviously this dealership doesn't need my business or yours.

Stay away from BILL JEW and CASTLE HONDA in MORTON GROVE.  This is a real scumbag dealership and BILL JEW is a typical sleazy car salesman.   If you check Yelp, Google and Ripoff Report you can read about their other dissatisfied customers.  Once you drive your car off the lot, they never return your calls and forget who you are.  If you have any problems, you are on your own.       Spread the word to every potential car buyer you know.
