Do not buy from CASTLE HONDA in Morton Grove, IL and, in particular, BILL JEW.  The dealership treats women like they are stupid and ignorant.  They act like you are lucky they are willing to sell you a car.  I've never seen worse attitudes from the General Manager down to the Salespeople.  If you question anything, they actually yell at you and tell you to get out and buy your car elsewhere.   When you consider your car is the second biggest purchase you will ever make, I don't think it's outrageous to expect to be treated with a little dignity and respect.  When I looked at Ripoff Report, Google and Yelp, I see that I am not the only one that was treated badly.  It was interesting to note BILL JEW, other salesmen, the Finance Manager and the dealership treated other women (and men) terribly.        CASTLE HONDA is just another scumbag dealership and BILL JEW is just another sleazy car salesman.  Why doesn't that surprise me!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Don't even bother shopping there for a new car.  There are other dealers that will treat you the way you expect to be treated and are happy for your business.  Do yourself a favor and find the right dealer.
