Calalry Portfolio Services has been sending bills to my address for about a year to someone named Paula which I've never heard of this person. I've contacted Calalry numerous times and they keep saying that I won't receive anymore bills but they keep coming.

The original institution that their collecting for is Sprint. So, I contacted Sprint at 1-800-877-7746 customer care regarding the matter and a representative named Shawna, said that this bill did not even generate from Sprint and there was nothing they could do about this scam.

I contacted Calalry again at their 1-800-501-0909 and told them about the bill not generating from Sprint and the 200 complaints on the BBB. They rudely stated that the bill was not in my name and it was none of my business and that their glad I have time to research them on the internet.

I told them that it was my business because it's being sent to my address and to delete my address from their system. They asked for the account number on the bill and supposedly deleted my address.

The bill is in the amount of $631.00 and does not explain any of the charges.

While they should definately remove the address when you ask, whether the mail is delivered to your address or not, you should not open the mail. IF you marked it return to sender, the account would be flagged as returned mail. They will not try and send out another letter. While not much, every time they send a letter it does cost something.
