This individual, Jason Bittiligero, in an attempth to locate my son, called and harrassed me on many, many different occasions. I told him that I was on the 'do not call list' and he should not call me again. He left messages on my phone. He continurd to call. I told him nothing.

He then called my 87 year old Father and harrassed him into giving him unauthorized information. Now, he is calling my Son and harrassing him into paying an unfair debt.

I contacted Cavalry and told them not to call me or my family members anymore.

I have filed complaints with the 'do not call list' and with the FTC. I don't know if this will do any good. However, you have to do something to stop this form of harrassment.

I am not sure if anything can be done to stop the harrassment of my Son.

Does anybody know how these people will work from here? I suspect it is going to be fun.

#4 Consumer Suggestion

The Do Not call list

AUTHOR: Don - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, October 09, 2006

The Do Not Call list does not include collection agents. However, calling 3rd party numbers such as family should only be called once as per the FDCPA. One way to stop the harrassment, is to send a cease calls letter. That is probably the best way. Registered mail preferably.
