Cca - First National This company wanted my financial information before answering any of my questions I was told that they did not have time to sit on the phone answering my questions but they wanted my bank info and then would answer questions I told them I would not give bank info without knowing what I was giving it for Las Vegas Nevada

This company sent me the Urgent-Approved letter like all of the other people I have read about. I was reading about the catalog and did not quite understand the program. I called the company and went through the whole process with the agent. When she started asking me about my checking account I started asking alot of questions.

I told her that I was calling specifically to ask the questions, not to confirm. The agent said to me that she did not have time to answer any of my questions unless I went through the whole process. I explained that I was unwilling to go through the process without having all of the information. She kept pushing for my bank info and I said I did not have time to confirm with her and hung up.
