Cca, First National ripoff credit scam rutheless employees Las Vegas Nevada

When i was 18 i got info on a credit card pre-approved through cca. I signed up over the phone and i was given a credit limit of $8500. My credit card has only a limit of $500.

I had to pay on the phone, they took my account number and debited it then. I didn't receive any info from them for a while until i got a catalog book. I received a few statments from them but then they stopped. They debit my account when and how much they feel like.

I have talked to them and to "supervisors" in customer service but it is no help. People there are very rude and will hang up on you. I tell them i want to close my account and they give me 100 reasons why i can't and never tell me how i can.

I recently closed my checking account and opened a new one so they won't have access. I still do not know what to do or how to get rid of them. I am not confident enough in interperetation of the law to be able to scare them into closing my account and they won't let me close it. What do i do?
