CCA First National ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I am a junior in college and recieved this in the mail in January. I called the company with questions. I asked if I could use the card to pay my rent and what the fees were. I was told there was a one time fee of $99 and that I could use my card for whatever I wanted and that there was no monthly fee unless I were to purchase something. I was also told that I could keep the card for a week and then if I wanted to cancel I could before a certain date. I called on that date and they told me that I had to call two days before that even though the letter I was sent in the mail said to call on that date.

I was charged $199 out of my bank account so I then cancelled the card after the debit. Thinking everything was fine I recieved a letter in April saying my account had been over drawn and a bill from CCA. They said that they debited my account $99.99, but my bank statement showed two debits of $99.99. I called CCA and they kept transfering me to different deptments none of which could help me so I had no luck.

I then went to my bank to see if they could put a hold on my account so I could figure this all out and they said no, they did offer me the charge back option which I will jow be filing. I still cannot get a hold of CCA to cancel my accout for the second time. I tried to find the number online but instead found this helpful site. I now know what to do and will be trying that out, I thought that I was just going to have to take the $400 loss, but maybe not.
